Reservation Rules:
To book a tour you should send a request from the site by clicking the "book".
Applications are accepted on the e-mail or fax.
In response to an order you will receive:
-contract with a tourist
-confirmation
-account
-sample of a payment order (for non-residents).
You should pay within the time specified in the bill. Be sure to save your payment receipt issued by the cashier at the bank.
Upon payment of the tour the non-residents need a copy of their passports. You can send the pass copy by fax or e-mail to the manager, who deals with booking of your tour.
After receiving the payment you get a copy of the voucher and the insurance policy (on e-mail or fax). Originals are sent to your email address by registered letter with notification.

1. All prices are quoted in the Ukrainian currency (UAH) and Russian rubles solely for promotional purposes.

1. Accommodation rules for visitors:
- When purchasing spa tour the visitors need registration sanatorium card.
- Children without permits will not be accepted.
- For children up to 14 years coming with their parents the necessary documents are required:
- Birth certificate;
- Certificate on the epidemiological environment;
if the child shares the room with one parent or comes without parents he needs a notarized permission which should be submitted while crossing the state border.
- Days of delays or ahead-of-schedule departure are not restored.
- Tthose arrived ahead of schedule, as well as patients whose stay in the present sanatorium is contraindicated, are not accepted.
2. Under the current legislation of Ukraine, the tourists pay additionally the resort (recreational) fee (a lump sum when accommodating) equal to 8 UAH = 1 USD = 25 rubles and medical insurance.
Insurance
All tourists of "Crimean travel bureau and tours" are subject to compulsory insurance - health and accident ones. Exception is made for tourists already having an insurance policy (specified in the order when booking services).
• for citizens of Ukraine the insurance policy is 2 UAH/0,25 USD per person per night;
• for citizens of Russia and the CIS countries it is 4,50 UAH / 0,56 USD 1 per person per night.
By calling, you must provide:
1. Name and surname of the insured person
2. Contact phone number.
3. Location (city, boarding house, etc.)
4. Report an insurance case, explain what help is needed.
5. Number of insurance contract.
6. Start and end dates of the Contract
MEMO FOR TOURISTS
1. Do not forget to bring!
Please do not forget personal documents, permits, medical certificates and spa card (if you go to a sanatorium). If you are going to rest with a child, make sure there is a certificate on epidemiological environment, no more than 5 days old, and information about vaccination (compulsory vaccination against diphtheria). Without these documents resorts do not accept children. If you take a small pet, you need to get in the establishment of the state veterinary service in the community veterinary certificate and be vaccinated against rabies.
2. If you are traveling on a train .
We do not recommend alcohol and gambling with strangers (you can lose the contents of your pockets, suitcases and a few days of vacation). We do not recommend changing the currency on the train, no matter how low the course seems to. You can change at a reduced rate (10-15% less than in the exchange office). Therefore, we suggest you contact to meet you representative of the host company or change money at exchange offices near the train station or downtown. During the tourist season, the exchange rate at the resorts is below 5-10%, than in the city of Simferopol. All currencies are accepted for exchange without restriction. More favorable currencies in the exchange are U.S. dollars and Euro, rather than Russian rubles.
3. Entry into Ukraine.
3.1.Rules for crossing the customs border of Ukraine
In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 6, 2001 ¹ 426 "On the order of entry to Ukraine citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States, with January 1, 2002 the citizens of the CIS member states will travel to Ukraine, to travel from Ukraine and transit through its territory without visa on the basis of the passport document for traveling abroad under the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise stipulated by international treaties of Ukraine.
Citizens of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Moldova, crossing the state border of Ukraine on passport documents that certify their identity and citizenship.
Citizens of Georgia, Ayzerbaydzhana, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, enter Ukraine for passport for travel abroad without visa. Citizens of Turkmenistan - on the passport for travel abroad and visas.
3.2. What can you expect at customs.
The customs declaration is filled by each person who goes through the customs border of Ukraine, prior to customs clearance in a single copy in the language that the person knows, or in his native language. Individuals who fill out a customs declaration must include in it the exact number of pieces of luggage, which belongs to them, including hand baggage, as well as the full amount of currency values and other items referred to in the declaration and that person should present for customs clearance.
The Declaration is not filled if the person crossing the border is under 14 years old. Information about items, and currency values are specified in a declaration of accompanying person. No fees are allowed to import alcoholic beverages in quantities of 1 liter, wine - 2 liters, of tobacco products - 200 cigarettes, beer - 5 liters. Personal searches of citizens made with the written permission of the customs or the person replacing him in the room meeting the sanitary standards and in the presence of 2 representatives of the customs of the same sex to inspect.
Declaration is filled by a declaring in the prescribed form (written, oral), accurate data about the purpose of transportation through the customs border of Ukraine articles (goods), as well as the detailed information required for customs control and customs clearance. Under condition of oral declaration the visitors may freely bring in Ukraine US $ 1000 in cash, as well as checks for that amount, based on one person expenses, regardless of age. With mandatory indication in a customs declaration one may bring:
- Cash in the amount of up to ten thousand dollars;
- Checks issued by foreign banks and non-bank institutions, amounting to 50 thousand dollars;
- Precious metals in ingots weighing less than 100 grams.
3.3..Registration on the place of temporary residence.
For this purpose, we introduce a common immigration card. It is issued free of charge at the point of the state border. During the passport control hthe appropriate stamp is put in this map. The map is divided into two parts, one of which is keepin with a foreign citizen for the whole stay on the territory of Ukraine. Another part of the immigration card called "Departure" a foreigner keeps for the whole duration of the registration. When leaving the country at checkpoints of the State Border of Ukraine the guards give this card back to the foreigner. Foreigners who cross the border with internal passports, registration mark is stamped only in the Immigration card.
Foreigners who cross the border on passports, registration mark is put in the passport and immigration card. Loss of Immigration card does not entail any penalties. In case of loss from a single computer system the immigration card in a part of the "Arrival" will be restored and the citizen is free to continue to move along his route. For crossing the border the child should have his birth certificate. Children from the age of 14 also receive the immigration card. Validity of such registration is set for citizens of countries with visa-free entry within 90 days, for citizens of countries with visa order entry - for the duration of the visa, but not more than six months. Extension of stay in Ukraine for foreigners and stateless persons is established by the bodies of internal affairs in the previously established order.
3.4.Resort fee.
The Supreme Rada of the ARC approved the Regulation "On the mechanism of charging and the order of payment holiday fee in the ARC, which entered into force on 1 April 2003.
Tax rate for the organized travelers is 5 UAH, for the rest of unorganized holiday makers the amount of resot fee is defined by the local councils (but it should be not more than 10 USD.). the tourists travelling by car pay 15 UAH., while 10 UAH is charged at the entry to the Crimea, and 5 USD - in the resort town or village. A receipt is issued while fee payment, the sample is approved by STA in the ARC (5 UAH.) but auto tourists additionally buy a special stamp of 10 UAH. (also approved by the tax). These documents are valid throughout the year.
Availability of receipts for payment of the fee entitles you to the peaceful enjoyment of beaches and other objects of the resort infrastructure, to emergency and primary health care in the amount determined by local councils, public transport and utilities at regulated rates in the ARC. Resort fee for unorganized tourists are transferred to local budgets. Collecting with organized vacationers and 2 / 3 collections with auto tourists are transferred to the budget of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
All coming to rest in the Crimea, both Ukrainian and foreign citizens are resort fee payers. Exempt from payment of fees is envisaged for children under 16 years old, the disabled and persons accompanying them, veterans of war and persons equated to them, participants of "Chernobyl" accident, Ukrainian citizens permanently residing in the Crimea and Sevastopol, the persons who have arrived in the resort regions in the trip, on study, for permanent residence. The fee is charged while selling the vouchers to resorts, when accommodating in hotels, residential-intermediary organizations whole directing unorganized tourists into houses and apartments, the organization authorized by the tax authorities and businessmen who have concluded agreements with local authorities to levy holiday fees charge these fees with unorganized tourists and autotourists. Resorts get the forms on the tax receipts in the tax company, as well as those authorized to levy a charge with autotourists. The owners of the mini boarding houses and landlords get these forms from local authorities.
4.You have arrived in the Crimea ...
Administrative status: Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the Ukraine (area being 26,000 km2). The capital is Simferopol (about 380 thousand inhabitants). Languages: Russian, official language is Ukrainian. Time Zone: 1 (Moscow time + 1 hour). Monetary unit: 1 UAH = 100 copecks. (in 2009 exchange rate of UAH (hryvnia) was: 1 USD = 8,00 UAH, RUB 100 RF = 25 UAH.). To exchange currency with hands is forbidden by law! TV: 3-4 Ukrainian channel, 2-3 local channels in Russian, TV satellite Russian TV channels and international satellite channels.
Communications and mobile phone: Foreigners are allowed temporary importation into Ukraine of single copies of mobile phones, the standards are allowed in Ukraine ( GSM 900, GSM 1800, NMT). One call from Crimea to any country of the world, using the services of a public call offices or phones – the phone boxes are located directly in the street. Two major operators in Ukraine are Kyivstar and UMS, cover the whole of Crimea, providing a continuous connection while roaming.

4.1. How to get to their own pension
From the airport Simferopol can be reached by taxi or trolley bus ¹ 9 connecting the airport and the railway station.
From a trolleybus station starting from the railway one can reach to Alushta by taxi or trolley: ¹ 51 (journey takes 1hr.and half) and to Yalta by trolley ¹ 52 (journey takes 2 hours and a half). From "Kurortnaya" train station bus square one can get to every corner of Crimea. More reliably when the tourists are met by representatives of the host country with an organized shuttle service - a tourist will be delivered straightly to the boarding house, and on the road an excursion will be arranged, the guide will advise where and what it is better to buy, and help with accommodation in the hotel.
4.2.Precautions measures and rules of conduct
Do not forget that sunbating during the hottest time of year can be harmful and dangerous! This is especially true for people and children suffering from heart diseases or blood pressure. One need to wisely use the sun and the sea, it is necessary: take the first sunbath no more than 8 minutes and turn around and lie on your back, abdomen, sides for 2 minutes every day to increase the time lying in the sun for 4 minutes, after sunbathing it’s necessary to rest in the shade for 10-15 minutes, go into the sea completely dry and quickly dive into the water.
When sea waves are small one should turn back to the waves while swimming. Do not swim during a storm or high tide. Do not swim beyond the specified prohibition sign on the beaches and 15-20 m from the shore to swim elsewhere. Do not jump into the water in the excited state - it can cause rupture of blood vessels and death from rapid cooling. If any ailments stop sunbathing and swimming one should seek immediate medical help. Being in the woods, mountains, open water ponds, do not go barefoot, watch out for ticks, spiders, insects and snakes. Do not pick the unfamiliar mushrooms, berries, plants and do not eat it!
Beware of wild animals, do not feed them. Do not attempt self walks in unfamiliar places in the mountains or woods. Do not drink tap water or open water ponds. Wash your fruits and vegetables. Do not eat meat, not subjected to thermal treatment. If you eat in a restaurant, keep in mind that the national cuisine can be spicy, fatty and unsuitable for your stomach.

Do not buy nezavodskie alcoholic drinks (house wine and vodka) with private individuals, as they may be of low quality and harmful to health. The so-called "house wine", which in plastic bottles the locals offer, often turns out to be hellish mixture of sugared low-grade alcohol and chemical dyes. Please observe the moderation in drinking. It is unacceptable to swim in the sea and the pool in an intoxicated state! If possible, hand over your money, documents or valuables in holiday home safe deposit. Please do not remove the large sums of money out of your purse in front of everybody. Do not forget that in the streets in any country one can meet street thieves. Do not go on trips, on picnics or to visit a few familiar people.
